When it comes to accurate scheduling of received products, konnTRACK offers solutions of unmatched creativity. From the moment product is received to the moment it is shipped, konnTRACK lets you know exactly what state each pallet is in.

konnTRACK ensures proper processing by assignment of specifications to the received inventory and downloading process parameters automatically when the product is loaded into the machine.

The scheduling program shows what process run is in process and waiting to be processed. konnTRACK provides powerful Predictive Scheduling capabilities:

• Find out how much dose will be received by each pallet
• Determine when each lot will be completed based on real time status of the product in the warehouse and in various stages of processing

The schedule module can also perform various other functions such as:

• Control the sequence of runs into irradiator
• Update work in progress based on what is actually being processed in the sterilizer every 5 minutes
• Estimate completion date and time
• Predict accumulated exposure based on the specified processing parameters and the cobalt activity and based on the current schedule.
• Indicate how many pallets were received and how many pallets were loaded into the irradiator
