AccuSPHERE Reports and Data

During each phase, various parameters are monitored for the purpose of generating reports. This includes:

• Five minute data
• % changes in data (for analog chart reports)
• End of phase information (for summaries in a detailed run record report)

During the sterilization cycle, the control system performs phase checks by comparing values against allowed ranges. If a reading is outside the allowed range, the SCADA application alerts the operator of a phase nonconformance by a flashing red light on the screen. Discrepancies are also reported in the phase summary.

Reports include:

• Cycle definitions
• Detailed run records
• Alarms and events
• Analog Charts
• Calibration records
• EO usage – compliance records

Incremental backups of the data also take place giving you peace of mind knowing that you will never lose data. Old backups can be restored to a separate database and reports can be run against those restored databases. After a backup is restored to the Archive instance of the database, users can select to view Archive Reports.
